Starting as a community of a few detached houses in Baltimore County in the mid 19th century, East Baltimore Midway became a vibrant middle income neighborhood just north of Green Mount Cemetery. Today, residents and partner organizations like the Central Baltimore Partnership and Jubilee Baltimore have embarked on a new revitalization plan.
