The Baltimore Development Corporation has released a Request for Proposals for properties at Lexington and Howard Streets in the Market Center National Register Historic District and the Five and Dime Baltimore City Historic District. Download the RFP on the Baltimore Development Corporation website.
The dates and times for pre-proposal conference for these properties are Lexington and Howard on Friday, April 5 at 10:00 a.m. and Friday, May 3 at 10:00 a.m. (group should meet at 201 W. Lexington Street).
