The Baltimore Heritage Area Association (BHAA) administers the Neighborhood Placemaking Grant Program. Launched in 2018, this grant program is a source of funding designed to provide small, but strategic investments in cultural heritage tourism (non-capital) projects within the heritage area. Join One House at a Time for their next auction on April 16, 2019, at 11:00 am. Only qualified bidders are eligible to participate. Apply to be a bidder by Tuesday, December 4 to participate in the auction. The minimum bid for each property is $5,000.
