With Victorian houses, tree-lined streets, and an active development scene, the Barclay neighborhood between the original campus of Goucher College and North Avenue is on the rebound. Ms. Jenny Hope of the Telesis Corporation, which is leading the way rehabbing historic homes, will lead a tour of this neighborhood in transition.
