Pigtown by Foot: Railroads, Renewal, and Dollar Houses

Started 1830s as a community of Irish railroad workers at the Baltimore & Ohio Railroad, the commercial main street and residential blocks of Pigtown boast a diversity of architecture and history (including the fabled “Dollar House” program). Join resident Brandy Tomhave on a tour of this diverse and historic neighborhood.
